WHO ARE THEY?
Lectors are lay men and women, who are members of the parish in good standing, have been Confirmed and have a heart for service in the proclamation of the Word.  Most often these men and women exercise their ministry at the celebration of Mass, either during the week, the weekend or both.

HOW DO THEY BECOME LECTORS?
While experience in public speaking is an asset in exercising the ministry, it is not a prerequisite.  Those who are interested are invited to present themselves for consideration of this ministry.
