We invite you to keep in prayer the intentions of the men and women who serve us in the Armed Forces.

Lord our God,
hold in your protection and embrace
the troops of our country, both deployed and at home.
Protect them as they serve to protect us.
Bless them in the work, and their families who
selflessly go without their day to day presence.
Their selfless acts are performed for all of us who
enjoy the freedoms we both cherish and hold dear.
We ask this protection and blessing upon them
in the name of Jesus Christ,
who lives and reigns forever and ever.
