Eucharistic Ministers
The celebration of the Eucharist is the center of Christian life. The Bishop, priest, deacon, or ordained acolytes are the ordinary ministers of the Eucharist. Other special ministers of the Eucharist may also be called from the parish community when ordinary ministers are insufficient in numbers to help celebrate the Eucharist. People with a strong Christian life in faith and morals, mature of age, and trained may be appointed by the Bishop of Manchester to serve as special ministers. People are scheduled for the Mass of their choice.
