About Us
St. Anne's began as a Mission of Holy Angels Parish, Plaistow NH to serve a small community of Catholics in the towns of Hampstead, Sandown, and Danville. On June 18, 1979, St. Anne's was established as a Parish. Father Paul Daneault was appointed pastor. In June 1982, Father Florent R. Bilodeau was appointed pastor and remained until June 1998. In July 1998 Father Frederick Pennett was appointed the third pastor and continues as the spiritual head of St. Anne's Parish.
In 1995, as the parish community continued to grow, it became apparent that there was a need to have additional space to accommodate the various demands on the parish. On March 3, 1996 the new addition was dedicated. Currently, the facility accommodates over 800 students in the Religious Education Program. It provides meeting rooms for the various committees and events held during the course of the year that are essential to the operation of a vibrant community such as St. Anne Parish and civic organizations of the area.
