St. Anne Procession
St. Anne's Summerfest was originally planned for the end of July because the Feast of St. Anne is on July 26! This year we would like to honor St. Anne in a very special way at the Summerfest by forming a procession from the field to her statue. People of all ages can gather in front of the bandstand at 11:45 am, with the procession to begin at 12:00 noon. Everyone is welcome to participate, and we are hoping for a large crowd to join in the procession. We will have white flowers to place before her statue, white "crowns" for the children to wear, and would also like to encourage anyone interested to wear white as a symbol of her purity.

Also, if you'd like to help coordinate this (or any other aspect of the Summerfest), please contact Cheryl Hess by email or phone (329-6465). If you plan to come, we'd love to know it, so you can send Cheryl an email about that, too! (This will give us an idea of how many people to plan for.) Although we would love to know that you are planning to be there, signing up is not necessary. Hope to see you there!
